This isn't a chatroom. You're going to need to wait more than 2
minutes for an answer.

The way I put my question wasn't right; to prevent reactions like yours I
added a kind request to it.
You aren't a teacher are you?

I think what you were looking for was pretty obvious.

I don't think that is what the o.p. is looking for.

What is the meaning of "International Mobile Dialling Numbers" on that list?

It does look like what was asked. For example the list for
Australia begins with "400-419". Expanded out with the country
code "61", this means

+61400
+61401
+614..
through +61419

form part of the range of mobile prefixes used within Australia.

Similarly, a number beginning "+31610" is a Netherlands mobile.

Thanks, at least one person that understood my question :-)
Does this implicate that mobile numbers in Australia have ranges as (groups
of) telecom providers have their one number range? Just found out that
Switzerland has that too/as well.

Thank you for sharing.

The short answer is "yes". But number portability changes all
that after the initial allocation.

Specific number ranges are allocated to telecom providers, but
consumers are then permitted to change providers and take their
existing number with them. So there's no longer any certainty
that a particular number will belong to a particular network.

All mobile numbers in Australia begin with "04".
