OS of mobile phone ??

Hello , all GSM fans ::
Does any one know ( if there is any ) method of converting the
operation system of your cell phone. I am using a nokia 3110c and its
a s60 architecture OS . Any hints in customizing the OS or tuning
up for betterness would be appreciable.

By your question I would have to guess you have done NO sort of programming.
You would need to access the OS source code.
