Cloning My cell phone

hi i have recently be interesting in triing to clone my cell phone its a sony ericsson w580i. i would like to try and clone it to a motorola razr... could someone please point my in the right direction to find this info i have been searching online for days now with no luck... just a website or tw0 just to get me started thanks for any help
